Characters Deleted

I was attempted to link my steam game to my POE ID in order to get the filters to link up but when I connected them it deleted all my characters. Anyone know how to fix this??

You may have connected your Steam to an empty secondary account by being logged into that empty account and then linking it to your Steam. This would have overwritten your existing Steam Path of Exile account. We may be able to look into fixing this up for you. " As a STEAM user you never ever LINK your account because that wipes the account. You even got a big warning box about it..... However it's not a problem, you will just need to e-mail GGG support directly for this and they can restore your account. Include the following information --> - The correct PoE account name. - 2 to 3 char names on that account. - Your Steam64 ID. |
