A Vision of Ice and Fire

Hello There,

I bought a legacy Heatshiver with with +1 to level of socketed Fire and Cold Gems. I did the Prophecy, and I should haver become the legacy Frostferno with +3 to level of socketed Fire and Cold Gems. But i didn´t. I became the normal Frostferno with +2 to level of socketed Fire and Cold Gems. Have they changed this in the last two or three weeks?

Any help is apreciated.
