Blood Sacrament / Relic of the Pact not proccing Indigon while it has mana cost

Blood Sacrament can get a mana cost by using Apep's Rage or Voidbringer. Despite this it can't increase in mana cost from Indigon but it does appear to still generate and gain spell damage, Which it obviously should be.

Is this a bug or overlooked design flaw?

Thanks

Thanks for your report, we'll look into this.
iirc I read a post by Mark which said +Total Mana Cost of Skills is always applied last. Therefore Indigon should never be able to affect it.

It's also mentioned on the Wiki to some extent (for the Elreon mod on jewellery) in the Mana cost entry.

Just getting back to you, this is intended.

Apep's Rage and Voidbringer add to the mana cost AFTER all modifiers have occurred. The increased mana cost from Indigon will not increase these mana values.
Seems I have seriously misunderstood how Indigon Archmage builds work. But thanks for the clarifications.
