Does Saqawal's Roost even exist?

Tried to buy the best and the portal craft didn't show up. Iv been farming Einhar the last 2 to 3 days and I can't seem to be able to capture the necessary beast. I already have all the other portals to the spirit beasts except the one I want the most. Is there any easier way to get it?
Can I use a portal from another person to learn the aspect of avian mod craft? And if so there is anyone here that has the ability to open the portal and can help me?
