Bug with Terrace boss and Maven

I got Drox fight spawned on Terrace map, cleared it to the boss and cant kill him: I damaged his first phase but Maven keeps doing some weird shenanigans with him - boss cant phase and I cant damage him. Dont really know how to post video here, posted on reddit https://v.redd.it/37siolfmubw61
