"Unlucky Criticals" + Diamond Flask?

Does anyone know how these effects (unlucky crit chance from the ultimatm vs lucky crit chance from the flask) interact with each other?
Its worth asking because depending on the result, that modifier could be a free pick or extra bad for crit based builds.

They just cancel each other.

Yeah, their effects cancel each other due to nature of probability in statistics.
