Indigon: (50–60)% increased Cost of Skills for each 200 total Mana Spent Recently
Keystone Chainbreaker:Skills Cost +3 Rage
When I use blade vortex with Unleash support, the first cast cost 3*3=9 rage, next cast cost 43 cost. The Indigon should not influence the effect of Timeless Jewel.
The 3 rage cost should be fixed and not be influenced by Indigon

And why exactly? Indigon was specifically reworded in this league to increase Cost of Skills, not mana or life costs. If your skill receive base Rage cost then its also get multiplied, why not?

Acoording to chainbreaker describe, all skills cost should be +3 rage one time.
So , Why arc with High-Impact Mine support only cost 1 rage one time?
Why the movement skill like Phase Run cost 7 rage one time ?
For Indigon, it will influence movement skill, but not to Minelised skill.
Increased cost of skills from indigon is not applied to all skills also.

Increased cost of skills from indigon is not applied to all skills also.
Because the rage cost is also affected by cost multiplier from support gems. In 3.14 Support gems multipliers have been reworked to affect all costs, not just mana. High-impact Mine Support multiplier is 30%, so 30% of 3 rage cost is 1 rage cost. Your phase run is costing 7 probably because it's supported by other gems.
Also Indigon does affect "minelised skills".
