broken cyclone

All my cyclone characters both league and standard have stopped working! Not a level or attribute issue. they are broken. they look like they are having a seizure when I try to activate cyclone,

I tried restarting the game and that didnt work. It was working fine last night. I did shut down the game for the night. this morning when I logged back in phht no cyclone.

I have one HoA cyclone in league and one HoA in standard. neither are working

no idea what happened but I logged back into the game after my first post and now it is working again. no idea what caused the original problem. I even bought a new cyclone gem to test in my league character before posting the issue and it just stood there spazzing out.

but now working fine.
