Unable to connect to Singapore realm and and unsual high ping in Japan realm

I have had experienced smooth servers condition for the first week but after that i(and some other users) was unable to connect to Singapore realm at all and expereiencing very high ping in Japan realm ~250ms while it was 80ms last league.

Whenever I tried to connect to Singapore realm, I got "unable to connect to login server". At first I thought my ISP acting up, so I couldn't access any Singapore server. I tried to use a VPN software, connect via Singapore gateway. Voila, I was able to log in (despite the super high ping, 200ms). I then stop the VPN network, connect to different realm (Japan) and tried to join the same Singapore instance I created before. Ho and below, I was able to connect to that instance just fine. So, GGG's login servers are definitely acting up, not to mention the 180ms ping I got, while usually I got 60ms. GGG please! IGN: _Gaia_

High ping out of nowhere. Won't go back to normal.
