Abyss eye implicits + darkness enthroned possible effect bug

I mean, it's not 100% clear for me that it should or should not be this away but:
If you have an implicit in a abyss jewel, and you put it in a darkness enthroned, it doesn't multiply the effect of the implicit by *1.75.

Example: if you have 1% movement speed in the jewel implicit, giving you from 18% to 19% base movement speed, if you use it in the belt, it stills shows 19%.

For there there are three options:
1. It is 19,75% but it doesn't round the number, just showing 19%
2. It doesn't work as it should and it does not multiply the 1% for 1.75.
3. The belt effect doesn't work for implicit modifiers and should be this way.

Extra option (unlikely): I had like 17.6% movement speed and it sums +1.75 and it goes to 19.35 and rounding it goes to 19%. (considering my gear, it's unlikely that my base speed would have decimal numbers, but who knows)

If I should know why that works that way, I would like to say sorry beforehand for the inconvenience.
