Is Heist Still Worthwhile?

The title pretty much says it all. I did a fair amount of heisting in the heist league but didn't touch it in the ritual league. I recently got the "chance for regal orbs to drop as exalted orbs" trinket but I've yet to see any regal orbs in 20+ contracts. I remember dropping like hotcakes in heist league. When did this change? And is heist worth doing to make currency? If so, I'm doing it wrong and would love to hear what you guys have found successful.

If your definition of rewarding is squeezing exalts by a trinket - then no. Got nerfed, not worthy anymore.

I think heist is great for no investment. As someone who plays slowly/inefficiently i find i get heaps more currency items from heist rather than maps. If you just want to be efficient it is probably better to target specific league mechanics, but heist will give a wide assortment of drops, plus blueprints can be good too, especially unusual gems.
