Inscribed Ultimatum ( Double sacrified currency ) bugged

Hello,
after finishing an inscribed ultimatum ( double sacrified currency : exalted orb 1x ) the trialmaster did not give the reward . So in summary the sacrified exalted orb was gone and no reward . loss of 2 exalted orbs. Last bumped on May 12, 2021, 3:09:35 PM
