Safehouse still viable after reseting board by killing Catarina

Hi,

I just reset the board by killing Catarina while one of my syndicate safehouses was ready to run and after the board reset I was able to still run the safehouse.

I don't believe this is intended.

I just observed the exact same bug.

I killed Catarina while my Transportation safehouse was ready to run, and the safehouse remained ready to run after board reset.
I could run the safehouse — new members were in it, not the one from the previous board. This was my first Catarina kill of the league.

Same issue. After killing Catarina the whole board was reset but I was able to run the Research safehouse right after Catarina. It was my first Catarina kill this league.
