Missing Ritual altar.

Cleared whole map, and realized Ritual was 3/4. Went trough whole map 3 times, didn't find it. Not sure if the altar was missing or just a visual bug.

Had the same issue twice today. I guess its a visual bug, cuz i got killed by invis mobs both times too

  I triple checked, could not find the third altar. The map was occupied by an elder guardian. Maybe it somehow blocked the third altar, that sometimes is at the boss area. |
