[PS4] Cannot Accept Terms/Launch Game

I just installed on a PS4. I cannot get past the screen to accept Terms. It connects to the server, then pops the terms screen up, which is blank with a loading circle. I've rebooted every possible device, no issues anywhere else on the network with connectivity. It just seems like it can't load the terms, so I can't accept them.

I am wireless on this PS4, as I just rebuilt my gaming area. I will test with wired as soon as I can get a cable run to the PS4.

As seems to be the case with many PoE console issues, wiring the connection resolved this issue.
