Elem LS build

Read these before posting:

I plan on going scepter/shield, for obvious reasons (ele dmg/resists/life/ctb)

I plan to pick up resolute technique as well as unwavering stance

~On the release of single target splash support gem, I'm contemplating using it with elemental hit for my aoe skill.

~I've also been thinking about putting blood magic in a 5 or 6l with LS, ridding my tree of blood magic altogether, and running an aura or two with the leftover mana that I have


Things I mostly want help with

-optimizing damage with my passive skills/gear (basically I need elaborate knowledge on what works the best

-Advice on whether or not to use blood rage and/or blood magic

-Passives that are essential to the build that I am ignorant of
