Not getting the verification code email

Hello,
I tried to play the game today and had to type the verification code to play. The problem is, I never got the email. I tried multiple times and also restarted the game and resent the email. I checked my account settings and it is still linked to the same email as before. Just to test it, I also tried to reset my password and I received that email. Hopefully this should be fixed up for you now chellimelli. If anyone else is running into these issues, some usual troubleshooting you can try would be to double check for the Unlock Code in the spam or trash folder of your email client first and try adding support@grindinggear.com to your whitelist or address book. If these tips don't help, get in touch with us!
Unlock codes not going out to players is a bit weird so we'll do what we can to sort this out for players as quick as possible if you email us at support@grindinggear.com as mentioned. You'll be able to get back to playing in no time :) |
