Unable to go to Chamber of Secrets lvl 2 even though have key

Unable to enter chamber of sins level 2 even though have obsidian key from Maligaro's quest.

Has stopped any progress.

HELP!!!!

Any way of getting this fixed or do I need to restart which means a waste of time on this character.

The dissipation (Purple area) Wasn't showing for me at all.

Took off all my gear in hideout and re-equipped it now it shows.

Also made another Witch.

Maybe your looking at it fixed it or something I did?

I also encountered this bug, but was able to resolve it myself. This is what occurred and may help your team duplicate it.

Opened Maligaro's map and entered it.

Portaled out before finishing it (RL interuption).

I didn't go back to town but left the computer with my character in Sin Lvl 1 next to the map device.

When I got back to the computer, re-entered the portal to Mag's map. It was a new instance.

Killed Maligaro and exited map.

Went to the room where the stairs to level 2 are. The purple barrier was not there, even before I entered its location. At the bottom of the stairs was blank stone with no access to level 2 available.

Went back to town and looked up issue online. Created a new instance of Sin lvl 1 and found the stairs room. Again there was not a purple barrier and no exit at the bottom of the stairs.

Reviewed online info again, returned to the game and created a 2nd new instance. This time there was a purple barrier and the exit was at the bottom at the stairs.

When i ctrl-clicked the waypoint to check the instances, all 3 were still active. The original had 2 minutes left and there were about 2-3 minutes between creating the instances.

I was playing SSF HC as a Ranger (pathfinder) on a 2017 27" iMac with macOS Big Sur ver 11.2.3.
