Options, loot filter etc reset on log in

This just started today. Each time I log in all the in game settings reset to default. Loot filter, sounds, minimap everything. Ps4 slim, wired connection, fully powered off between sessions. This is the first time I've logged in since ultimatum dropped. I dont know how that would matter since it isn't live on console but might be relevant.

I don't know about the other stuff, but if you've been using a Custom Filter, it's 100% normal for them to break once the new league drops on PC.
You'll want to make a new one on FilterBlade (or text file, if that's your way), for use with Ultimatum League, and that one will start working once the league goes live on console, in the evening of the 21st (if you're in the US). | |
" I should've been more clear regarding the loot filter. The filter doesn't stop working. It just gets turned off back to default like the other settings. I have to go into options and set it back to whatever filter I was using at the time. |

" Hmmm... maybe you're experiencing a new version of a bug that was fixed 2 patches back. The symptoms are similar but not identical. If you're on a fast internet connection, I recommend trying reinstalling the game. Everything is stored on the server, so you don't lose anything by deleting it and reinstalling. | |

Wanted to bump this back up. It seemed to be fixed when the 3.14 patch dropped but now I'm getting this same bug again. I've also found that when I log in and the usual symptoms are there, it also switches the server im on at random. Sometimes its the Australia, sometimes California. The options menu at login is grayed out so I can't even go in and manually change my server.

The gateway option is greyed out until you login for the first time in a session. As for the options resetting, how much remaining storage do you have on your console? It sounds like your config settings aren't being saved. | |

I also had the same issue with all of my options being reset. I was logged in last night and played with no issues. Now the loot filter option is completely gone and I have no idea what happened.

" I have plenty of storage left, 150gb or so. Also, the options button stays grayed out even after logging in. However, as these things tend to go, I logged in today and everything was set as it should be, bug free. |
