Interaction with Exsanguinate and Arcanist Brand

I think there is an issue with AoE and/or Projectile range with Exang on AB. I noticed that when I linked them, my pack killing power dropped dramatically. Instead of killing up to 8 targets within half a screen, it was killing at most 2 or 3 targets and only if they were pretty stacked on top of each other. This didnt change if the Brand was in the middle of a pack or if it was on the edge firing into it. After talking with someone in a Reddit post I made, i tested a few things out and the wierd thing was the Increased AoE gem. It doesnt show as supporting EITHER Arcanist Brand OR Exsanguinate. However, it notably caused exsanguinate to target more enemies and gave it its AoE capability back. I do not have any chains for the chaining range part of AB to affect and there is nothing about AoE or Projectile scaling affecting Exsanguinate.

The Inc AoE gem affecting Exsanguinate while linked to Arcanist Brand was far more noticeable in an Ultimatum because of how many more monsters there were.
