-3% Movement speed BUG

I currently have a -3% movement speed modifier without having any armor equipped. Just a wand and a Spirit Shield

Playing Scion level 2 in town.

Can confirm that when I equip armor and the Movement Penalty goes to -6%.

UPDATE EDIT#2

Have armor on and it goes to -6%. Took a 5% move node and it should be -1% sheet says -3% again.

Because shields also reduce movespeed by 3% .
