Imperial Legacy drop rate / loot table bugged?

And i can't tell it really not dropping from Dunes or not as i only farmed 18 T8 and 11 T15. (Datamined level 80 may be right or entirely wrong as the stored data is revere-engineered by guess the meaning of the value stored in that cell. But if 80 is right than yellow Dunes is ruled out as well as yellow Desert Springs)


But i pretty sure new (3.13) card Acclimatisation drop in Dunes (at least from T8 or may be lower) as i got the card like 1/6 of the time

the card Imperial Legacy itself is rare , you can see the downward trend of the drop rate of opening stacked deck in 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14

But 11 red Dunes or 12 red Desert maps are very small samples size anyway
