About that priority Queue
Communication is Important
At Grinding Gear Games, we've always treated communication with the community as a priority. I spend several hours of each day on external communication (that's not counting answering emails), but feel that we can still improve the way that we communicate with you guys. That is from a Chris Wilson post back in 2014. To me it seems like you need to step back and look at how you communicate with your advertisers and the general public about things like (insert title of forum post here) as GGG blindsided many of their advertisers and the public with it and has ensured that some people will not play or spend money on your games anymore. Honestly I think you guys pull a CD Projekt Red here and burned a lot of goodwill you had from players. Best of luck working on this issue going forward but it will be without a penny more from me. same here, ggg just love their streamers and fuck all other players.

At the very least they should be out front about this. Now we've seen that they favour streamers to our detriment so naturally the question arises how else are they boosting their accounts and characters?
Always saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and "we're investigating" does not cut it any more. They need to be held accountable. |

Path Of Exile is a highly competitive game at the top end. A lot of those players stream. Mathil doesn't race. Steelmage isn't racing this league. Empyriangaming races currency in softcore.
In one move GGG just messes up tons of racing at the top end. |

While I understand the outcry, you guys are just so late to the party here that I wonder where you have been?
Since years, GGG has that policy of the 1%, look at the nerfs to harvest, they have hurt only the casuals, or to summoners and so on. Hardly any streamer relies on harvest or plays a summoner, so these things can be nerfed. Same with the whole trade system. You need tons of stash tabs for it, streamers got them for free, while everyone else must buy them or forget about trading. These advantages do not exist since today, they existed for years and you were all fine with them. Its too late to complain now, especially since priority queue is hardly a big thing, but just a nuisance while the other things are actually a big deal, but widely accepted by the community. In the end, GGG is a company and they want to promote their game, so they give streamers the tools to do that. Blizzard, EA, Steam... they all do that, its not like GGG is the only company out there. Steamers and the so called 1% are completely different groups of people.
