Analytics...

So...

I really admire Cutedog and MBXtream and a hand full of other Exiles who all have this very scientific and analytical mind set about how they play PoE. I don't really find the content particularly exciting, to watch a 30 minuet YouTube about a guy reading a spreadsheet, but I do LOVE the spreadsheet. As a person who once made a fair bit of PoE related YouTube content I have a deep respect and understanding of the amount of work that goes into productions of that quality.

I'm wondering.
With all of these proposed alterations to the loot table generally speaking all throughout PoE, I'm scratching my head, What data is still relevant to track right now. I (any of us) have a golden opportunity today if we posses the time and the will to do so, to compile and later contribute numeric data to these small groups of players who actually care enough about the game to take the time to do this research.

No Memeing about, I see it as genuine science and frankly the folks who have been doing it for the past several years do a really good job, but there is simply so much to know.

To the data rich spreadsheet elite... What are you guys looking at this time around?

Delve Returns vs sulfite investment?
League specific drops yielded from disassociated content (dropping an HH in a T4 magic map with no nemesis?

I would like to approach this league differently that previous ones, at least cognitively... I may not have the endurance to adhere to this plan but I am curious because i do think the entire community benefits from the research quite a lot.

The currency-making strategy analysis of Ritual has pretty much matured. Nothing new in this league at all to keep an eye on. "Sacrifice x, get y" Ultimatums have a fixed return so you always know what you're getting (no one would ever risk failing one of these by playing a weak build so the mods and mechanics are irrelevant.)

This league appears to be all about maximizing the power of Aisling veils. Nothing else matters at all at endgame except farming as many Harvests as possible for augment influence and reforge keep prefix/suffix and Aisling veils from Betrayal.
