Explosion chest nerf seems to address the wrong thing
" This is, sadly, a corner that GGG put themselves in. This started as far back as Breach, but now they can't stop making more Breach clones to appeal to speed demons who only want to see their screens explode in bright colors before being showered in (primarily garbage) loot. GGG's going to have to make a lot of sacrifices and step on a lot of peoples' toes if they want to dial all of this back down. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

The overall pace of this game isn't going to change unless they remove more multipliers from the game and i doubt they have the guts to do that. There is no way to reign in the excessive damage scaling that allows for current POEs fast game play as long as more multipliers are everywhere.

" One can hope, I guess. It would be nice if the game slowed back down, both in player killing speed, but also mobs dealing ludicrous amounts of damage with diminishing telegraphs to try and keep up.
