RTX3090 freezes twitch videos in windowed fullscreen mode

Hey, I think I have had this issue even before on my RTX2080Ti but now it suddenly started again and I found out that when I DISABLE "Engine Multithreading" my twitch windows un-freezes...

Like.. I have to DISABLE multithreading to see twitch streams on my second monitor and not be in fullscreen mode.

In fullscreen mode all is fine but I always play in fullscreen windowed mode and if I dont disable Engine Multithreading my videos will freeze, sound will play..
