How to split loot between trader and farmer ?

Hi guys
Looking for an experienced trader to help me out a bit

we are a group of 6 friends and want to play on league start next league.
we have good experience playing POE but we have never tried assigning a trader
this league we decided that i should be the trader.
since we don't have all god tier pc who can handle 5 man 100 deli maps and stuff, we decided that every farmer is solo but im like the main hub supplying everything.

so i have 2 questions:

1. the main question is that how loot should be splitted so its fair, mostly looking for examples so we can work things out

2. other is i know im supposed to supply maps, scarabs, help with gear. and sell our stuff, and i can also do crafting in my down time, i was wondering if im missing something important here any help/suggestion/link to guide would be really appreciated.
