Put your cash in a 2-3 year investment and buy your rig once PoE2 comes out.

What I learned is that it doesn't matter what monitor/graphics you play PoE on. First, the game is ugly as hell, the difference between low and high quality graphics is negligible. Second, performance >>>>>>>>>>> prettiness.
