divine flesh + incandescent heart do they stack?

As i ask in the title peoeples, do they stack? can i get to 75% elemental dmg taken as chaos dmg?

50% of Elemental Damage taken as Chaos Damage

Incandescent Heart
25% of Elemental Damage from Hits taken as Chaos Damage

As we can see, the wording is a little bit different between the two. Specifically, Divine Flesh will also apply to DoTs (this even include RF's damage, which will be converted to be 50:50 fire-chaos damage), whereas Incandescent will only work with HIT elemental damage.

This means you will still have only a 50% conversion when walking over a Baran's Mana Rune, Lava Floor in Labyrinth, Solaris' burning gaze or merely burning ground. It also will give you a 50% conversion when facetanking Goddess', Shock&Horror and Shaper's beam and other DoT-based skills, but will retain a 75% conversion in all other scenarios
