I have the same issue after downloading it to my new computer

format my pc and put more ram minimum is 16 ram
|

Just used a couple of hours helping a friend with this problem, the culprit was Windows one-drive service storing your game data in an inaccessible spot(or some shit).
Fix uninstall windows one-drive. Hope it helps. |

The one drive solution was just perfect. It worked as soon as I used it
