Cannot activate last ritual and i had a 2ex item on it

So I did the map, found the last ritual and I wasn't able to start it, so I went a finished the map and still wasn't able to activate it, I even killed all the mobs on the map.

Now I'll have to defer the item and wait an eternity for it to appear again
