Timeworn and Vaal Reliquary Data

Was originally intended to post this in the gameplay/help section but GD seems fine.

I didn't really play Delve League myself but the league was known, not only for it's unlimited dungeon crawling but also for Timeworn Reliquary Keys. These keys opened portals to a chest which dropped a league-specific unique with a special foil.

I'd like to know a good estimate of how many of those relics are currently residing ingame.

GGG seems to have confirmed it takes appr. 500-1000 hours of gametime to get a key to drop.



A quick search on POE TRADE standard gives a number of slightly 100 listed (with and without price) for every Timeworn Relic. So total listed is around 150x100= 15k since all Timeworn Relics had an equal weight drop. But of course this is an underestimation as not everything gets listed.

How many Timeworn Relics of each type are ingame? The answer is a couple of hundred but how many hundred?

These keys went for 6 ex each during Delve League but I have no idea how many were listed. I have no idea how many of those uniques were listed back then.

P.S.: The situation in Hardcore is that most of them are not even listed making them insanely rare it seems.

Since I cannot query GGG's internal database, I will need to rely on more player data. So if you got more data from back then, please share it!

Since ULTIMATUM league will feature vaal reliquary keys, it will be a fun league for collectors.

The Vaal Reliquary Key can drop from anywhere in Path of Exile and opens a portal to the Vaal Reliquary. This ancient vault contains a chest with a special foil version of a Vaal-themed Unique item, dropped with equal weighting. Due to the value and power level of the items contained within, this is the rarest Reliquary Key ever added to Path of Exile.

I probably missed some as well, so I am guessing around 40 possible different drops with equal weighting. Close attention will be paid throughout ULTIMATUM league to get an idea of the rarity of these Vaal and Timeworn Reliquary Keys.

Incursion Temp League is Vaal-themed and not included.

Since STEAM Ultimatum League peak numbers are similar as the Atlas expansion, peak number of total players must be around 250k.

I am even more interested in the total amount of xp grinded in ultimatum league.

Not sure pricefixer or not . at least start Atziri's Disfavour relic is only 3Xc (edit: checked at league start)

They are indeed not so rare on a first glance, based on player experience.

They also go for 0.6 ex when in Delve keys were 6 ex each.

I have not seen one key and my main is halfway to 94

I also have another char but not quit as high

BTW i get downvote really bad of saying the key is 8ex in standard. May be quite a lot of player not realize it worth later on or just pricefixer to downvote my post

Well they do go up in price, once joined with Standard and time goes on, but you have to understand that most players don't really know much about market mechanics especially if you realize that according to them a price is determined by the lowest one listed.

That is why I said on first glance. I am not going to form any conclusions until the end of the league when I acquired all data.

And just rip my key in standard by open it....Soulthrist

In league it is dirt cheap so that may be I should start to collect it one by one (and start flipping in standard later on)


Also, cannot use beast crafting beast as it is not a rare


And it can't upgrade to rare so fractured fossil also won't work
