best raise spectre gem

which version of raise spectre gem would be best to use with Scinteel Synthite spectres (lighting damage ) ? Anomalous Raise Spectre , Divergent Raise Spectre or Phantasmal Raise Spectre ? I'm guessing Divergent , is that right ?

Anyone that's lvl 21. The quality effect doesn't matter.
I would personally go with 20% movespeed, meaning normal one.

Anomalous gives 20% increased hp which is okay but getting a 21/20 costs too much. Divergent is crap. 10% reduced stun thresh hold must be a joke.

Normal one is the best.
