hi, my account get banned, but i dont know why, I didn't use anything(just prize check) when i try to login give me this notification, your account has been banned by an administrator. i already Appeal but really so boring if not have POE pls help me regards :)

all you can do is appeal ban and wait for the result
Creating alt account and complain / ask for help in forum does not have any effect on your ban or the appeal Also, third party tool to affect the lab run or other effect may be bannable. All i suggest is, never use third party overlay or graphic content hack, etc. This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. In order to appeal a ban that has been placed on your account, you will need to log into that account and go to your account profile. On that page there will be an option to appeal your ban, in the sidebar on the right side of the page. Please submit your ban appeal on the website and it will be reviewed by a senior member of staff as soon as possible. I'm afraid we aren't able to discuss any bans or ban appeals over the forums or via email, as these are all processed by the account investigation team. | |

do the appeal yeah, but usually the only reason you get banned are if you get reported by many people for being a scammer or if you did some RMT.
using 3rd party software is a grey area, TLDR is almost everything is "safe" to use, unless you are a twitch streamer and they directly see you do stuff like autoclicking to get 6 link with fusing or using flask macro. |
