Sacred Grove - Not Spawning at all.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, 
For several weeks already I've been intensely running maps on several characters trying to get the Sacred Grove to spawn. I was running them on the areas of the map that have the best % to spawn it due to the maven game mechanic, plus running Zhanna maps. For that additional chance, but no luck whatsoever. If compared to how they were spawning before, what's happening now is a statistical improbability.

Can you please look into it, since unfortunately I'm on a breaking point when I need to make small modifications to my items and beat the end game before the league ends, and this bug is the only thing that stops me?
