How i can get Malachai's Artifice Unset Ring with Elder inf ?

Yes, you pray to Chris Wilson that you will hit the ring you want, if you don't, try again. All you can do.

The other possibilities are rarer than malachi's artifice, I believe (based on how many I've seen drop compared to the others). You may still get an essence worm or hungry loop, but it's not as bad as you might think. With bad luck it might only take you 3-5 Trash to Treasures.

As I said, trash unique may just need 300 scour and chance cycle.
3ex you will get a few rings , given you only aim for low ilvl base. Only down side is your finger hurt . The top result of the search sell for 1ex which is more reasonable.
