PSA: Level 40 is the hard cap for gem levels

2 socket resonator: atheric faceted (+ dense for a 3socket). It's 8 craft on average to get there, it's not miror tier shit, it's as casual/ethical as it gets. My vaal bv is lvl31 in there already without any other source of + gem level.

There are other ways getting ridiculous gem levels like using sirius gloves stacking +2 gems level wich frees up weapons to get generic +1 all spell gems/ +1 minion gems etc.
