Loading Screen Freeze

Hi,

As my title says, I already tried to fully uninstall and install the game and it still freezes on loading screen. And gear icons stopped. I tried all my toons and they all freeze on loading screens. The first map will open but all those next maps will not. Can you help me solve this problem?

Assuming that you use the stand-alone client then try this EXACTLY -->

1. Close the game.

2. Delete ALL files inside the follwing directory's -->

C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\Countdown
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\DailyDealCache
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\Minimap
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\MOTDCache
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\ShopImages

3. Now open a "command prompt" as "an administrator" and run this program -->
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PackCheck.exe

4. now right click on your PoE icon and select "run as an administrator"

Already tried that but won't solve the issue :(

then you will have to give more detailed information like -->
1. Full DXDiag report via pastebin URL.
2. 300+ packet WinMTR report against the PoE gateway you are trying to use.
3. Confirm that you are not using a WiFi connection in your home or a "wireless" ISP connection.
4. What other PoE gateways have you tried to use?

I'm having the same problem today (it was still working fine yesterday)

Already tried :
- with different characters, different areas
- different gateway (in both Europa and USA)
- deleting the directories in My documents\My Games\Path of Exile
- uninstall / re-install
- Wifi and wired, and also 4G (with a different ISP)

Trying to change the "Texture Quality" config also freezes instantly, even on the title screen.

Load a character -> return to title screen -> load another character (or the same) = also freeze.

Solved by deleting (again) My Documents/My Games/Path of Exile content ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯

Hi, having the same problem. Can load 1st zone (the zone where your character always spawn) but after that I cant load any other zone.
Can't go to hideout or anything.

GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Same problem as me. Started some time yesterday afternoon, just after I'd been mapping just fine.

I've tried 3 different internet connections/providers, one wired, one wifi, one mobile 4G tethered, and they're all having the same issue: The game will load, but if I try to leave the town that I spawn in, will immediately crash on loading that zone no matter which one it is.

Tried so far:

- Completed all pending Windows updates
- Updated all drivers
- Multiple restarts
- Complete clean re-install
- Switching realms

I have noticed that at the same time, I've also started getting Cloudforge DDoS pages showing up when browsing the PoE site, so I don't know if something is happening that's detecting some players as potentially system-hostile?

Edit to the above - completely deleting the entire Path of Exile folder that's in the My Games directory, after re-installing, seems to have resolved the issue.
