Blood and Sand is a stance skill and does not have aura gem tag
"Flesh and Stone" has aura gem tag but i am not sure it works with Smite or not This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. About the username: Did you know Kowloon Gundam is made in Neo Hong Kong?

Based on my interpretation of the skill description, without testing anything in game:
'Smite' has two damaging components: the strike attack, and the following AoE. The first component, the strike attack, is just that: a single-target attack, no AoE involved. The tooltip for the skill is likely based off of this component alone, so you wouldn't see the tooltip update from activating 'Blood and Sand' or changing stances. Additionally, if you try to test the damage itself, you wouldn't see any change in damage if you're hitting an enemy with the strike, only if you're hitting them with the AoE. |
