How do I finish crafting these boots. Magic boots 10% chance to gain elusive & Onslaught.

I was alt spamming some two toned boots. Just got 10% chance to gain onslaught and elusive on kill and crit. I have a horticrafting that upgrades a magic item to rare adding 3 random modifiers.

I was orb spamming trying to just get 90+ life and 25% movement speed.

I never expected to hit elusive and onslaught. I already have droped 20 exalts and failing to craft a nice pair of boots for my build.

What would be the best way or chance to finish these boots. I only want movement speed and life.


I already droped 20 ex in crafting these boots failing non stop. SO I wanted to ask.
