Is there a "move if no enemy in range, attack if enemy is in range" button?

Basically, I want to be able to go a little brain dead when I'm running maps without having to resort to minion or cyclone/CwC builds. So without having to constantly click back and forth between left and right to move/attack, I'd rather they were just combined into one button.

Now, I already kind of have it set up like this with Molten Strike. He'll run if I'm holding the mouse far away, or attack if the mouse is close. Its close to the interaction I'm looking for, but not quite it. My problem is I'm half blind and PoE already has an extremely noisy/cluttered/chaotic screen when you've got dozens of enemies, attacks, and particle effects going on at the same time my boomer self just cant follow it all.

So what I'm looking for is a way to set it up with melee skills that even when the mouse is close to the character, if I'm not hovering an enemy he runs. Instead of what it is right now, which is attacking even when nothing is there.

Or is cyclone/CwC the only way in PoE to accomplish what I'm looking for?

This is how it should work by default.

You click and if you didn't click on an enemy then the charcter will move to that spot, if thats not how its working for you then you have something turned on that changes that behaviour.
"An it harm none, do what you will"
My bad, I wasnt specific in my original post. I mean right click and hold. If you right click and hold, you will just attack in place if your mouse is close to you. I want the character to move until the mouse is over an enemy. So right click and hold, then keep moving till an enemy is close and attack them, then keep moving, all without picking up the RMB or having to move the mouse all over the screen to get the mouse close to attack, then far to move, then close to attack again.
For some reason, binding skills on LMB behaves slightly different on RMB.
Have you tried binding the skill on the LMB and turn off the "always attack without moving"?

With LMB, you still need to click multiple times - you can't do both attack and move just by holding the LMB. But maybe this will work for you?

If you're worried about accidently picking up the loot while attacking using LMB, you can turn on the "key pickup" in option > UI.
