Think I'll be going with a Vortex build. Found this detailed guide by ShakCentral. I am aware that I can't aim for a HH, nor will I probably be able to do fractured maps, but should provide a smooth league start and a decent scalability up to 1-200ex worth of items. I think that depends if and which changes are coming to Valdo's Rest. If it stays unchanged, it is only a matter of time and farming. But I doubt it will stay unnerfed. Ignite Deadeye / Pathfinder is quite decent for league start. You only need a 5L Xoph's Nurture, and you're good to go with Burning Arrow, until T16 maps. Later, when you get currency for a high dps bow, you can respect to Ice Shot/Tornado Shot/Barrage.
