Suggestions for a new league starter

I know it's kinda early to think about starters, but I like to give 'em a try before I commit to playing a build 500+ hours. Worth to mention, I start with a "league starter" and I stick by it. I don't like levelling and as a result, I don't change builds mid-league.
The thing is, I don't wanna play the same build twice, there's just too much for the game to offer in order to get stuck in something that worked well once. As a result, I'm looking for a good lightning-based starter build. If I can't have that, than probably cold. What I can tell you is the following about the builds I played until now and I don't wanna to a re-play. * Flammeslinger (It's amazing, had the best time, currently at 600 hours in the league, farming fractured maps) * Explosive traps (Strongest cheap build I ever played. Its insane) * CoC builds (I played Volatile Dead, I invested over a mirror in items. Would have been more fun if my computer could have handled he 10 fps) * Totem builds (Terrible, didn't like the style, switched to aurabot and quite league first month) * Bane/ED Occultist (Was fun, but i didn't know much about poe when i played it) * Gladiator Lacerate - I find levelling strong, because I don't die. But I had a 20 minutes fight with AW4 sirus at level 92. A pain. * Juggernaut Earthshatter - was fun to try out a melee build, once. Felt like I had enough tho. * Summoners - not my style. Dun like it. * Toxic rain is just ugly. * Miners - from what I rad - are not recommended to someone that wants to play an entire league the same build. This being said, I considered looking into Hydrosphere or Discharge for next league. But the only relevant things I found was "not league-start viable". Worst case, I guess I could go some vortex-based build, but I hope for something more fun and not-DoT based. Therefore, could those of you who know more about this game suggest me some fun builds? " I would just wait for patch notes to pick specific self poison build based on the buffs/nerfs. Blade vortex is most popular i believe. But gosh does it feel wrong to recommend this stuff played by 95% of people. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,

Had great success with Gladiator Rain of Arrows in Heist. Bleed spec. Ensnaring arrow for bosses.

But there is no Cloak cards and its a jeweling nightmare. https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds?class=Elementalist&skill=Arc&sort=dps They get 50M + dps, are tanky as shit, and arc chains around corners.
