Freeze then crash trying to leave Karui Shores - can't go to hideout or anywhere else

Log in. [ tried DC, Texas, Canada East ]
loads me into Karui Shorts.
Try to go to my hideout
loading screen.
Flash
Throbber cycles. Windows Wait or close dialog. Pick wait and Game eventually closes.

Same if I try to go to other locations... Tane, Lab, etc.

Tried with Ritual and Standard league

Glimmerwood hideout if that matters, but since its any location, I assume not.

Found this on another thread and it worked for me.
