Make Oshabi a Master: Return of the Master Crafting Bench

In my opinion the Master Atlas mission change (3.8.0) was one of the best changes in recent PoE history. It allows players to juice their maps as they please, focusing on the goals and content they want to pursue at the moment. Big problem with master missions before this change was that random master missions were too frequent, and you would feel like you were "missing out" by ignoring them. Maybe you just wanted to do few alch-and-go maps and ignore Zana missions for now. Maybe you were full on Sulphite or had a Temple ready to run but didn't want to run that content right now.

The current iteration of Harvest feels like backtracking to those days. When Oshabi spawns on a map it immediately breaks your mapping flow. With limited Horticraft Station space you are trying to find a good use for every single craft within the Grove, which can very well take upwards ten minutes. The fear of losing on powerful crafting options is also considerable, more so than any master mission in the game right now.

In my opinion the current iteration of Harvest suffers from following problems:
- The Harvest encounter takes too much time within a map.
- The Harvest encounter breaks mapping flow.
- Zana missions are already de facto Oshabi missions.

The power levels of Harvest crafting and The Forbidden Trove discord are a hot topic with the newest development manifesto. But for the sake of this thread, I will not focus on these topics but the playability issue with Harvest.

To iterate the Harvest crafting system to next level, I suggest that Oshabi should be promoted to Master status and that she receive her own crafting bench to our hideout.

The new crafting bench would work similar to the current crafting bench; place your item, choose a Harvest crafting option and pray away. The current crafting bench already has a category system based on gear (helmet, gloves, boots...) which can be repurposed for Harvest crafting options (sockets, gems, divine orb...).

With the Heart of the Grove encounter being moved to its own fragments there is little reason to use the default grove map anymore - apart from possible technical limitations related to the grove minibosses. The Harvest fields can be moved to be part of the map similar to Ritual Altars.

Set amount of Harvest fields can be spawned around the map that work the same way as they work now. Choose a field, slay the mobs, and reap the rewards. But the rewards are instantly added to your hideout Oshabi crafting bench. The pylon menu you would normally use to Harvest craft items within the field simply lists the crafts you have unlocked.

This change would undoubtedly require balancing the amount of rewarded Harvest crafts relative to the new rarity of Harvest missions. In my opinion the new Oshabi crafting bench craft storage limit should be very high so the player does not feel like he needs to be clearing unused crafts constantly, which is already a problem with current limited Einhar bestiary.

For completeness sake, if GGG feels like removing the current limit of 10 crafts from Horticraft Station is too much power for the players, I'll throw in some ideas to rein it in.

1) Add a new rare currency that is required to use the most valuable Harvest crafts: Oshabis Orb. This only drops from the Heart of the Grove encounter.

2) Add costs to Harvest crafts, for example "Augment an item with a new Life modifier" can cost an Exalted Orb. Players can still close their eyes and brick their items, but at least they know what they paid for.

However, the costs should be balanced with item levels and casual players in mind. Preferably Oshabi crafts gained from white and yellow maps should cost no currency as to ease up the gearing process to red maps.

3) Add new item statistic to game that prevents infinite Oshabi crafting bench use (similar to Last Epoch Instability). For example, item could have limited amount of durability that is reduced when Oshabi crafting bench options are used on it. When an items durability reaches 0% Oshabi crafting bench options can no longer be used on it. This limits significantly limits the potential of creating mirror tier gear by chaining targeted remove/add crafting options.
