Game has been crashing for a few weeks now

Hello,
I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks now. I'm currently only doing Dunes T16 maps and in every single one of them, I at least crash once per instance. Sometimes it happens randomly as I loot items off the floor. Sometimes it happens during a legion encounter. Sometimes it happens during an alva incursion. I reinstalled the game several times. I tried every graphic/sounds setup. I tried running the game in admin mode. I tried running the game through steam. I tried to change my internet network. I tried to change Realm from France and London. No matter what I did, I cannot seem to find a way to fix my issue. I still crash in every single map I do, and now I'm getting tired of those crashes. I can't enjoy the game I love anymore. Now run a packcheck --> C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PackCheck.exe Also please post a 300+ packet WinMTR report to the login server your are using and post the result here including the server name. Now try to use the stand-alone client again. If you still crash are you then doing ANY kind of OC on your GPU, CPU or RAM (XMP profiles) ?? | |

Ok well I uninstalled the game and download it again from scratch, I ran the game with default graphics settings, basic filter and everything, no sound.
SPOILER : I STILL CRASH EVERY SINGLE MAP. STILL EXACT SAME MESSAGE BUT WITH DIFFERENTS VALUES EACH TIMES. | |

I am also getting random crashes (today happened in a harvest and in Alva's temple so far, but has been happening even in my hideout)
Using a Ryzen 5 3600 6-cores, RX5500 XT, 16GB RAM. Have you been able to solve the issue? | |

I'm also get a ton of crashes, but I almost ALWAYS crash when I'm specifically wearing a Headhunter. The game lags, stalls, and eventually just crashes. If I take off HH, I usually lag and stall, but the client somehow recovers. Usually.

i cant even load to my hideout and yes i tried all the above stuffs...
id like to think that ggg would be aware that whoever made this patch? needs to realize not everyone has a pc master race pc that can literally contribute to global warming with they're graphics cards. i been playing this since before vaal orbs were invented and have never NEVER seen bugs crashes and stuff like that! at least not this danmed bad AND BEFORE YOU GO DELELTING MY POST GGG know its out of love that im saying this please for the millions and millions that play this game? for the love of god FIRE THE GUY /GIRL/IT that made these patches cause god knows this sucks |
