Marauder shattering steel

So i notice that marauder does not get the shattering steel from nessa as it shows on on the wiki i am on act 3 finished all quest for act 1 yet nessa doesnt sell the steel skills

I can confirm, i cannot buy the skill from Nesa as it was advertised on Poe wiki, is this how it's supposed to be?

I can confirm this is indeed the case.

Both wiki and poedb show Shattering available for purchase from A1 Nessa to Marauder after completing "The Siren's Cadence":

IMHO it makes no sense that Steel skills are not available to both Marauder and Duelist.
