(XBOX) METAMORPH IN TANES LAB DISAPPEARS

TWICE NOW, I’ve saved up high level awesome Organs, with lots of important loot nodes on each organ, and start the metamorph. It appears, and does it’s thing...BUT, as soon as I start to do damage, so fast, it just disappears, along with all the monsters, and drops no loot. There is about a 10 sec delay when the meta disappears to when Tane appears where you put the organs in the device. It’s empty, and my organ pieces are gone, with no loot dropped, and no metamorph killed, and I did not die. I got tired of losing such valuable loot, so metamorph is off my to do list now. PLEASE FIX.
