'buyout or fixed price' option does not work
The term ~b/o (buyout) is used here as a negotiable price.
In auction terminology a buyout is the point in which the owner will immediately sell the item, but if this is not reached then it will go to the highest bidder. Since we don't have bids the negotiation part is implied instead.
~price on the other hand is meant as the non-negotiable price of an item as you might find in a store.
We adopted these terms from poe.trade back when it also allowed auctioning items using the ~c/o (current offer) tag.
