New Divinity Game on Kickstarter!

I already backed it myself but I am kind of surprised how little support it is getting compared to some other kickstarters. Especially given that they actually have a very finished game to show and have released fairly decent games in the past.

Yeah quite a few of us has been wondering about this too.
It pretty much boils down to kickstarter fatigue I think. With all these amazing projects just hoarding up, you start to become drained (and Larian launching the KS campaign at the worst possible timing because of Myrthos from RPGWatch, lol)

Not familiar with Myrthos. That RPGWatch website also refuses to load for me.

Huh. I was just about to make a post about this. Coming tomorrows paycheck, this will be my first pledge for a kickstarter, ever! Well, excluding my poe donations. I'm currently replaying through divine divinity thanks to GoG and I have to say I'm rather excited for Divinity: Original sin. And even Dragon Commander which looks to be a fun edition to the Divinity series. I'm happy to say it seems like its time for cRPGs to shine once again. With Project Eternity and Torment: Tides of Numera. And with them being the top funded kickstartes, I can safely say a lot of old school fans are excited as well.

Swen's blog, it's quite a funny story actually xD
Didn't realise they were making another, sounds awesome
New digital only tiers! And you'll get Dragon Commander for every digital tier at 95$ and above, and for physical 150$ and above!
And Kirill Pokrovsky will be performing LIVE tomorrow at www.divinityoriginalsin.com, including a Q&A session both under and after the concert. The show will start at Thursday, April 18th at 19h GMT+1 (19:00 Brussels - 18:00 London - 13:00 New York - 10:00 San Francisco - 21:00 Moscow)!
(For those unaware, Kirill is the composer of every single Divinity soundtrack)
1 hour left until the concert! http://www.twitch.tv/larianstudios
For those unfortunate souls who missed it http://www.twitch.tv/larianstudios/b/392533281

So many great RPGs will come soon. My body is ready.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
We have entered the final 12 hours.
There is still ~120k towards the million, but with a bit (much) luck it might just be possible.
Swen and David (founder and producer) will be doing a whopping 4h live play session during the final 4 hours of the campaign, followed up by and afterparty where Kirill Prokrovsky will once again be doing a concert.
As always it will take place at their twitch channel, and you can find the kickstarter page here.
Long days and pleasant nights everybody
